The main doctor was very friendly and welcoming, as well as the other staff members. But I felt very awkward pressure to choose from a very small selection of frames that were available. So I left, and spent $80 on two pairs of glasses at an online store.

I used to dread getting my eyes checked. Now I look forward to it! This year, the staff went above and beyond and called my insurance company several times. At first, they wouldn't cover it, but by the time I ordered contacts, they were willing to pay more! This is not the primary part of an eye doctor's staff's job description (in my book), but they called me back to tell me they were reimbursing me for the amount the insurance will now pay. They take such good care of me!
