Love Dr. Pumphrey and her staff! They are very knowledgeable and SO friendly and nice. My husband love going there. I highly recommend them. Lisa is wonderful helping with your glasses.

My visit was awesome from the moment I was greeted at the front desk until I checked out. Both Dr. and staff are excellent. I would recommend that you check them out if you are in need of eye care. You will be glad you did.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pumphrey for several years now started out a patient in Greeneville. I told her if she left I would definitely follow her and sure enough i came to Jonesborough. I just love Dr. Pumphrey and her staff they are so caring and very patient. Always very thorough to explain everything. Keeps up-to-date with technology, which is impressive. Environment is great and office always looks so clean. My opinion Dr. Pumphrey is the best!
The staff at Jonesborough Eye Clinic were super patient & helpful in getting my toddler to be cooperative for her eye exam. I really hoped her visit would be pleasant & not full of her fearful cries. They exceeded my expectations!
