RecommendedSuch a great experience getting an eye exam. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous while providing a thorough exam. Dr Chambers provided excellent care by taking time to explain my exam, retina photos and the details of each. Also provided rational for adjustments in my prescription. This is by far the best experience I’ve had while getting an exam and new glasses. (I’ve wore glasses for 34 years) I will not go anywhere else again. I’ve found a home.
So very helpful with the kids and very caring.

I have been a patient at JEC for many years. Before they moved into their new office. I have needed glasses from a child so I know about eye doctors.. You will not find any better than the doctors at JEC... This year one doctor went out of her way to make my Christmas special... I know the Lord will and has blessed her very much..... I geniunely enjoy going to Jonesborough Eye Clinic. Dr. Pumphrey and her staff (like Amy) are professional, caring, and highly skilled. I end up having a thorough exam--as well as many, many laughs. 5/5. Strongly recommended.
I love this eye clinic! Doesn't matter if you are a patient from Dr. Pumphrey or Dr. Chambers, they both are very good and nice Optometrists and their staff members are very friendly and helpful. No idea how much time they had to spend to find me a frame for my new eyeglasses I wanted to have. Thank you so much! I am glad to be a patient of this Eyeclinic!
My husband and I had eye exams done here this week. First timers. Wish we could give 10 stars. Impressed with staff, the doctor, the throughness of the exam. We both felt it was the most comprehensive eye exam we have had.
