Used ally for my home inspection in 2021 and recently have had some electrical issues and had to get into the attic and I'm not sure how this bathroom wiring work was missed when you don't even have to get off the attic stairs to see it plain as day.
I am on a journey to become a first time home buyer and unfortunately my experience with Ally Property Inspections was not what I’d hoped it to be. I showed up to the appointment at my future home about 35 minutes into the inspection to find that their was no one their. Jones-Warren inspections is Amazing! They went above and beyond and even came out before we put an offer on the home to look an something we were concerned about and for FREE! They do a detailed and thorough inspection. They explain everything in a walk-through carefully afterwards and answer any questions or concerns. They make the home buying process easy and understandable!!!
The staff is polite, professional, and accommodating. I called and was scheduled a home inspection for the date and time that I needed. The lady that schedule my appointment was very polite and made arrangements for my inspection to be done on the weekend. The inspector arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained his findings to my husband and I and answered any questions that we had. We had our report emailed to us later that same day.
