Found a lot of things wrong with the house, but missed some things also. The office to worker communication is flawed, I had to call the office to get in contact with the worker who was waiting at the house for 30 minutes because they didn’t give him my number or the realtors. Inspector missed a filthy HVAC system that I now need to get cleaned and worked on, because the ductwork system is filled with mold. Don’t waste your time with them. Find another home inspector. Missed items and will not own up to them.
Used ally for my home inspection in 2021 and recently have had some electrical issues and had to get into the attic and I'm not sure how this bathroom wiring work was missed when you don't even have to get off the attic stairs to see it plain as day.
I am on a journey to become a first time home buyer and unfortunately my experience with Ally Property Inspections was not what I’d hoped it to be. They do a detailed and thorough inspection. They explain everything in a walk-through carefully afterwards and answer any questions or concerns.
