Worst company around. Unethical and dishonest. Would rather have a home with no windows or paint than dealing with these guys.
Recently we replaced all the windows in our home. Nick and Trevor were so professional and worked awesome as a team. I would definitely recommend both of theses men and Jones Paint and Glass to all my friends. Thank you for a job well done.

Terrible customer service! I had a guy come out and give me a quote. We decided to have them install a shower door for us. I had to call them 5 times just to finally get someone to answer the phone and let me order. Once I got my order placed, she took my half down deposit and said I was 4 weeks out and gave me a date of installation. The day of installation comes and no one shows up. Tried calling the store, first guy can't find my paperwork, says I need to talk to Kathy--Kathy will NOT answer her phone or return any calls.... read more
Very poor follow up. Paid half our money and haven't heard back from them for a week and a half. We call them back today and they can't locate our paperwork. Their prices were very competitive, but we have been very disappointed with the service since we signed. First experience with them.

I had Jones Paint & Glass remove four stained glass windows, that are family heirlooms, from a home that I was selling. Glen and Riley took extreme care in removing the windows, making sure they were kept in perfect condition. I am very grateful for their help in preserving our family history. Thank you.
Not a fan!! Walked in and nobody said a word to me for about 2 minuets, the guy who finally helped me was nice. Went to pick up my glass, guy was a jerk! They DO NOT wrap the glass or anything! But don't worry it "should be fine" !! SHOULD BE FINE??? Really?? I would rather go someplace else!

I just had Jones Paint & Glass replace a couple of upstairs windows in my house today. The guy (forgot his name) did an awesome job. Our next-door neighbor replaced their small kitchen window for 500 bucks from a different company. We ended up paying half that for two large windows. We should've done this seven years ago. Thanks guys!
My original review was not so good because I found it really difficult to get someone to call me back to answer my questions and to get payment. After I left my review I got a phone call very quickly and I could tell that Jones Paint and Glass were very willing to make things right. I appreciate good customer service and I feel like I received that. I am very happy with the price I was quoted and I look forward to my new windows.
