I have emailed and filled out the online form for bids on windows four or more times in the last six months since we liked the work they did for us before, but nobody calls us back or acknowledges that they even received our requests.

They like to backup into your property when they leave. They also admit it but call it trash. They said they don’t mind losing business 🤷🏻♀️
Very pleased with Jones Paint & Glass in American Fork location. The 2 gentleman came out (Ben & John?) on time, they were extremely kind & polite, and replaced my window in a timely manner. Would definitely use again!

Jones went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Jerry and his staff were friendly and efficient, the prices were affordable, and the product is reliable. I will certainly use them in the future before anyone else.
Annoyed cant get my lights to turn off inside my vehicle after they replaced the regulator for my window. taking it back tomorrow hopefully they can get it fixed.
Cedar City location- I had a rock chip. In and out in less than 10 min. Great customer service . Thanks
The St. George location refuses to call customers back. refuses to bid 2 overhead doors. If you manage or own a business this is the last place you should go! They are one of only 2 vendors for cloplay overhead doors. even after being given the model # and confirming they did the one we need to match they have been unable to get us the #s. 2 weeks is too long.
