St. George shop replaced my windshield. They made an appointment for me within 24 hours, service was fast and courteous, and came at a good price.
I am very disappointed in the service at Provo auto glass division. Making an appt 3 weeks in advance making arrangements that involved 3 family members only to find out they had the wrong window. Told to come back on Thursday, made same arrangements after an hour they come out and tell my son they still do not have the right window. It's a Ford 150 how hard can it be. So instead of saving money with Jones they cost 3 people money. Totally unsatisfied and have used them for years. Won't be going back.

Very poor response from St. George store. It's been over a month trying to get repair for window handle and a quote on a replacement window. Nobody seems to know anybody else in the store, and they seem to keep no record of calls. Very frustrating that several people said they would get back to us but never do. Big lack of accountability.
I had a great experience at the provo location. I came in needing a single window made in 3 days (was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and I planned poorly) Joeli worked hard and called in a couple favors to get me what I needed. Got the window and project done in 3 days. Excellent customer service. I’ll be using Jones again.
