Avoid this shop at all costs! Had a 4 wheeler engine rebuilt, paid to have it fixed. Got it home and the engine wouldn't run and all the oil leaked out of it. Took it back in to have them fix their mistakes, they had it for over a YEAR before I lost my patience and called to put some pressure on them. To correct their issue they told me they would be taking it to Rexburg Motorsports and charging me to fix it because I let the battery go dead. Owner was very rude. First off, told me he’d for sure have it done by the weekend. Didn’t. Hadn’t even started on it. I called to see where they were at two days later, wife said he was busy and that they’d call me back; he never called back. I called again the next day, and the owner was so butthurt that I was calling again that he literally told me he’s not doing it because I’m bugging him. He said no come get it I’m not doing it. This place had very poor customer service. The first time we took our snowmobile they kept it for way longer then they said and we had to call them not them call us, we went by there several times and they weren't open when they were supposed to be and then we went to get a part for our dirkbike and the lady didn't know what we needed and the man mouthed off a rude comment and didn't help us. Awesome experience every time. Very knowledgeable staff. Matt is THE best mechanic and has the experience to back it up. I would highly recommend.
Prices are great, however with low prices comes long turnaround time on repairs. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
Jones does great work and has great prices! I have been buying from them for 15+ years and will continue to!
