Monica Jones is the most unprofessional and judgemental doctor I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. She judges parents and children the minute she walks through the door, and if she deems you worthy of parenthood, she will bestow her kindness upon you, but if she finds you lacking, she will treat you and your children like complete trash. Dr. Jones and her staff are excellent. As new mom in my 40's I was super scared, nervous and a mess when I had my son. Dr. Jones and her staff took the time to explain, help and reassure me all would be good & I wasn't going to "break" my son. Today is he 3 years old Healthy, Busy, Smart and strong! I thank you Dr. Jones and staff you all are ANGELS to take the time with Mom's such as myself. GOD BLESS
Generic at best. If you are looking for a cookie cutter, one size fits all, doesn’t care what you have to say at all approach to medicine she is definetly the doctor for you. Turns out we had too many questions she didn’t feel like even trying to answer so she quit on us. Way to go Dr. Jones.
Dr. Jones is an excellent pediatrician and I would highly recommend her to other parents. She has also worked hard to ensure the health of our children, including coming in on the weekend to weigh our newborn to ensure he was gaining weight everyday.
Dr. Jones has been my pediatrician since she joined the practice, and I have been with Syracuse Pediatrics for 17 years through 5 daughters, and she has always been an amazing Dr who relates well with both us as parents and the kids, no matter what age. Highly recommended
