excellent customer service
would NOT recommend buying anything from jones ford. i put a deposit down recently on a lexus RX and was planning to come back the following week and complete the process of buying. 3 days after i put the deposit down they called me to inform me they had sold the lexus that i had put a 500 dollar deposit down for. worst customer service i have ever experienced.
I would highly recommend Jones Ford and especially Anthony Benton. I have worked with him on several vehicles and he has always been professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make my vehicle purchase a great experience. A definite thumbs up.👍
Love my new Expedition, but their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Will not return a phone call!
Highly recommended Anthony, this is the second time my husband and I have bought a vehicle with him as our salesman. Any minor issues I had, past or present, he resolved without any hassle or problems. My patience is thin when it comes to things like this but I honestly have zero complaints. So if you are the no nonsense type, I recommend you give him a call, even if you find something at another lot. My husband will not deal with anyone else.
I cannot recommend Jones Ford. I was told that they only sell used vehicles that are local and I purchased a F150 from them thinking it was a nice local trade in only to find out a couple days later that the truck was from the salty region of Canada. I got to looking at the other trucks they had listed and the Carfax report and guess what almost every one was from some part of Canada.
