Jones Ford is an excellent place. Philip Dolaway was very polite,kind, helpful, and honest. We explained our budget to him and past experience with a few other places over the last few days. Jones has had my sons 2019 car four three and a half months because they can’t source a part that I can order from a dozen websites for $1.75. We’ve paid four $400 monthly payments while they’ve accomplished nothing. Oh, and they offered a loaner car after two months, but said my son can’t drive it because he’s under 25. They’ve promised to have it ready in November, December, January, and now maybe February. Do not trust anything they tell you.
My Ford is currently in the shop for repairs. I had my own suspicions as to what was going on with it. Brittany listened to what I had to say and took notes. She has been in constant contact with me through the process keeping me updated. It’s hard to find good service writers and well...she’s a good one. I’ll be back for service if only to deal with Brittany.
Do not buy from here. Wish I would have read these reviews before I bought my truck from these people.

Sales department is wonderful. We bought my Ford Explorer from Paul White and he was great. Anyone after that was a complete disaster. The car had a few cosmetic areas that needed to be fixed. Pieces had to be ordered in order to fix those. We purchased back in March, they picked my car up for repairs at the beginning of November, I just picked the car up today and it’s still not fixed.
