Brandon Lancaster and the jones family are a great group to buy after being sent out the door at the Nissan place with no luck I went over to the ford lot and got in a car the same night. We were passing through town on the way to FL and blew a turbo hose on our diesel truck. The service section was booked up solid for two weeks on repairs/oil changes. After finding out that we were traveling, they went out of their way to help us. Our problem was a common one, they had the part in stock, and had us fixed up and ready to go in less than an hour. What a huge relief. We can't say enough about how nice and accommodating they were.
Josh Millner helped us find the perfect vehicle in no time at all! Fast, friendly, and excellent customer service from the entire staff. Highly recommend Jones Ford!
