Amanda, as always, did an extraordinarily skillful and caring job of cleaning my teeth. I am able to relax deeply when she is doing her work, knowing that I am in very good hands.
Took my 2 year old in for his first dentist visit and he is still showing his "clean teeth" and talking about it today! The hygienist and doctor were great with him and we weren't in there forever, just enough time for a toddler:)
Dr. Jones has become my favorite dentist during this 65 year young life. Why? I feel like I have someone who truly cares, puts himself in my place. He goes to great ends to explain in clear, simple terms what is going on in my mouth. What the issues are, choices I have, long term implications, costs, etc. I'm empowered by him. I've had over 35 years of dental encounters, which have contributed to my high levels of anxiety & fear of dentists. However, my experience at Jones Family Dental was truly AMAZING! The entire office staff (from the front desk to the hygienist, the dental assistant) and Dr. Jones, himself, were exceptionally welcoming, highly professional, incredibly informative & truly non-judgmental. I had a very good dental experience with Dr. Jones, once again. I had a simple filling, but it took a lot of care to make sure everything went right. I felt no pain, and enjoyed him telling stories with his assistant while they did the filling with me.
New to the area, i was searching for an experienced dentist who we could stick with over the years to serve our whole family. I first made an appt with White Dental Studio but found them very unprofessional over the phone, unavailable during the lunch hour and made it difficult to get dental records sent prior to the first appt. I cancelled the appt there and found Jones Family Dental: friendly, professional, thorough, and fair. We trust them and we will stay with them
