This is a great brokerage to do business with if you have any real estate needs.
I would avoid this company at all cost, at least as long as Marlissa G is still a consultant here. She was the Sellers agent in the home we purchased in 2022. Knowing we were selling our home in New England and buying in Cape Coral on the same day as we packed up to travel down (I know, stupid) she all but REFUSED to allow our realtor to do a final walk through. When we finally did manage to gain access, many items that were negotiated were NOT repaired. Knowing we could not walk away, her response was basically take it or l... read more
