The service department has always been very respectful, courteous, professional and attentive to our needs as it pertains to whatever vehicle we have brought in for service. We have always been confident knowing that repairs and services would be completed in a timely fashion as promised.
A huge thanks to Jay and Mitch for the experience we had shopping at Jones...we had been looking for months and had a horrible experience yesterday morning in Monroe NC with salesperson at Griffin who was very rude to us time we stepped out of our vehicle...we left and called Jay and he and Mitch sold us before we ever arrived at the dealership...we never had to haggle the price....these guys are great and we will be back for our next car!!!!...I am loving my 2016 Yukon Denali XL
