What a great buying experience at Jones Buick GMC! Jay Carter and Mark West provided the ultimate service in purchasing my GMC Sierra, and they were the epitome of professionalism! I would highly recommend Jones Buick GMC to anyone who is interested in buying a GMC or Buick, and ask for Mark or Jay!
The literal worst experience I've had as a consumer. My car was there for 8 hours with an appointment, was untouched until the end of the day. And given back without being fixed, when I was told it was actively being worked on all day long by service department.
I drove to Sumter from Columbia to have warranty repair. Talked to service dept. at dealership where I purchased car (in Cola) about problem and just got the RUN AROUND. The service dept @ Jones listened to me about problem-gave me my options w/out seeing car. Jones ordered part and in less than 1 Hr after arriving at the service dept my problem was FIXED. Tks Eric.
