The staff is very helpful and friendly. Brina always does an excellent job. I have never had any issues in the past. At my last visit, I decided to do a paraffin hand dip. The wax was SO hot, I could feel my hand burning immediately. The wax didn't harden like it should and it wouldn't come off for several minutes. I have one at home, so I know how it works. Whoever turned the wax on to the melt setting, never turned it down. My hand was red and throbbing for a couple hours, thank goodness it wasn't worse.
Everyone there is very professional and so nice, especially Beth! That makes it easy to have a dental checkup!
