Billing issues with what the cost was supposed to be (treatment plan) versus what I was told to pay. But when I told billing I wasn’t paying more than what I was told originally, they ended up honoring it.

Admin staff and customer friendliness is awesome. Though it's rather odd that a dentist offers sugary snacks to patients. The provider herself is fine but not super friendly.

Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and reasonable, if any, wait time at the office all make the experience at JBD excellent. The staff are friendly and explain what you need and should have so that I can make an informed decision about my dental care that fits my budget.
Jones Bridge Dental is truly a great place. I always feel like I'm being taken good care of, and they have state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. It's probably my most enjoyable doctor visit.

Another great visit at Jones Bridge Dental...All I can say is "WOW"! Dionne did my cleaning today and I have orthodontics making things much more difficult, but Dionne was the most professional and gave the most through efficient cleaning, hands down the best and why I go to Jones Bridge Dental. Plus Dr. Malikov is my dentist who is amazing. He performed a root canal and crown for me in one day some time ago, completely amazing and painless.
