the food and customer service
it was friendly and the food was super good God bless the cooks
keep roaches out of the food
For starters, TWO servers tried to give up my table during my 15 minute wait at a packed hour. When I advise the servers, my guest and I had been waiting — she pointed to the table and told us to go sit. So we sit, with no menus.... Steve was an OK server, until my guest needed to drink from my drink because he never bought a refill. And to top off this overrated restaurant, THERE WAS A ROACH in my guest food. food delicious and large portions
The food was good, but not what I was expecting given the reviews I've heard. The atmosphere was minimal, which I guess is an Ok idea given the fact that elaborate decor would probably be pass through to the customer. On a more critical note my sister and I observed one of the waitresses messing with another hair, behind the bar, and in from of the window where food is pass through..😐😐😐
We waited over 20 mins to get our food, french fries were soggy with grease, the table next to us had their phones blaring the whole entire time! Just not a good experience, sorry! Most likely won't be back. But will say tho, the chicken and waffles were good.
