Dr. Spanyer has recently given me a hip revision and is currently treating my arthritic knee. He offers sound advice and I always feel comfortable with his advice.
Dr Spanyer is an excellent Dr..He has great bedside manner and always makes us feel that we have his undivided attention when we are there..Total knee replacement surgery went smoothly and he was so helpful after!!.I will be having a double hip replacement surgery and I am sure they will go great. We drive 21/2 hrs one way because he is such a wonderful Dr..Highly recomend him!!

For 17 years I have lived with a bad hip replacement. I had seen five orthopedic surgeons with no answers as to why I couldn't lift my leg. Dr. Spanyer looked at x-rays and immediately saw that the implant cup was rubbing on my hip flexor tendon. A hip revision was performed and I am on the mend. Thank you Dr. Spanyer, you are my friend ??.
