I was seeking a second opinion to explain why I still have knee pain following meniscus surgery in August 2020. Dr. Spanyer identified a spot on my X-ray as avascular necrosis. He clearly explained the condition and options for treatment. Now I have to make a decision about which path I will take. I am confident that Dr. Spanyer will provide the best treatment possible.

Felt Very comfortable with Dr. Spanyer on the first visit. He diagnosed the problem(s) quickly and offered several paths to take with his suggested rankings to consider. Very caring and excellent surgery. He did a hip revision on my 19 year old hip replacement that failed and suddenly became non-weight bearing and was not able to walk.
