Good entertainment At Jonathan's you will find some great bands on the weekends. There menu is everything from sandwiches to steaks. The service was excellent. Our waitress was so friendly and gave us lots of ideas of things to go and visit while we were there in TN.

Always awful service – I have been going to Jonathans for over four years. I have NEVER had good service there....seriously, not once. The food is pretty good and I like their drink specials. But I don't go when I'm in a hurry. I know that it will take 15 minutes for a waitress to come take my drink order and I always ask for my bill when I get my food because it will take forever for them to bring it to me. Good food, great service – If you like live music, go at night on a weekend. No matter how busy the place is, good service seems to be easy to find. I never had to call for anything. the food is great, especially for the price. I am going to keep this review simple. If you like the bar atmosphere, and the slightly aging Cool Springs crowd, this place is worth trying. As I mentioned in my McDougal's review, Jonathan's has better chicken than McDougal's.

Questionable customer service. – The food and service was great. My only complaint was that I was given kind of the run around when calling about a copy of a detailed receipt. I was told to call back the next day between 9-5 (first call). When I tried this I was told that they were too busy due to their March madness Luncheon. They already have my money (roughly $60 over two nights). I felt that someone could have taken a few minutes to pull up my bill and fax me a copy.

Best hometown bar, Best happy hour, Outstanding staff – Just moved to town and was looking for a hometown place. Jonathan's is a HOMERUN!! Service excellent! Food great! Atmosphere outstanding!! This will be my new hangout. Tired of chains?? Aren't we all. This is the place that will meet all your needs. Love the staff and love the clientel. Check it out..

Best Food & Service – My family and I frequently visit Jonathans of Cool Springs. The service is absolutely fantastic and the food terrific. We are constantly greeted with a smile and the food is always on time. The atmosphere is clean and the staff is curtious. We recommend this sports bar and grille over any other in the city. If your looking for a place for just yourself or your entire family, this is the place.

Best singles hang out, The BEST place to watch the game, and the staff always knows you by name!! – If you haven't been to Jonathan's (Cool Springs) lately then you are mssing out. The best way to describe it is a "Cheers" type bar. The staff rocks, they always know you by name and the food is Great! Everything you order is huge, the prices are very reasonable. Terrible Service – I have been there several times and the service is horrible. It takes them forever to take your drink order and even longer to take your food order. The waitresses won't look anybody in the eye when the run past. The food is good though. And it's a good place to sit and watch a game. Don't go if you are in a hurry.

Nice beer selection – What's with this place. Everytime I go they have changed the menu, and of course what I wanted is now off the new menu. This week I went and had to wait forever for service. Then the appitizer came out with the food. Waitperson 101 don't send the app's out with the main course! And, this is a family type place why do you change $2.00 for a glass of tea. I think the beer cost as much, come on. Get a grip you are not a high end restaurant.
