I had a minor surgery that got infected. Follow up was horrible, 11 days in the hospital missed 65 days of work. Dr. Garino and the Exton office did not check on me when I was in the hospital they just kicked the can down the road at my expense( 3 of same procedures, 3 different doctors). My knee needs replaced ( opinion of 3 different doctors)but Dr. Garino says it will be fine in year. Its been a year and a nightmare!

Dr. Garino and staff got my daughter in quickly, got her pre certification for her MRI within an hour and she had her MRI the next day and a follow up in 3 days. That helped relieve a lot of stress waiting on results. Highly recommended!
Dr. Garino performed the surgery on my knee replacement originally in 2002 I saw him recently because of trouble in that leg which thank heavens was not related to the knee replacement but I found him to be personable and as professional as originally I found him he is an excellent doctor I recommend him highly.
Dr.Garino had been my Dr.of choice for a number of years, trust his judgment 100 o/o percent. He is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions always points me in right direction.
