Dr Garino did an amazing job on my total hip replacement. He was spot on with medications, pain management and recovery. Three weeks after surgery I drive, swim, walk and resumed most of my activities. The staff at Paoli hospital were great too. Just one overnight and I was home!!!! VERY PLEASED with the outcome!!! Very straight forward and a great outcome. In the hospital in the morning and out the next afternoon. Recovery physical therapy moved ahead of schedule with no issues and back to full flexibility and painless movement within 6 weeks. At 3 months everything looks perfect and feels fine.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Garino. He was the first orthopedic that sat down with me and reviewed my xrays and told me I was ready for total knee replacement. I had been in pain for years and had difficulty walking. He and his staff are so helpful, professional and available. From presurgical classes, pre-therapy, testing and educational materials, I was ready to go. Surgery and recovery went smoothly. Did my therapy and I can walk pain free! Will gladly have Dr. Garino do my other knee in a few years.

I have now had two replacements by Dr. Garino left knee in 2018 and right hip 2020. After many years of pain, arthritis, and inflammation, I am now pain free. Dr. Garino was and has been fantastic from beginning to end. His experience as a surgeon is very impressive.

I was told my knee problem was arthritis...Dr. Garino confirmed - no arthritis whatsoever in knees, but in fact - petellafemoral syndrome. Prescribed anti-inflammatory med - one per day for 30 days. No shots or eventually surgery like a doc at Rothman said. First time I had relief in years. All docs at Premier aren’t his quality, though. Dr Garino is very professional, was astute in assessing my need for hip replacement, answered all my questions thoroughly. Listen to what this team tells you to do regarding your hip replacement and, like me, you will go from being in pain 24/7 to once again living a normal, pain free life.

Dr. Garino recommended for my situation simultaneous bilateral knee replacements. I had been suffering for 7 years, treating with injections and it was finally time to get the new knees I needed. My experience with Dr. Garino was exceptional! Over the years I have had numerous joint replacements, and hands-down, my experience with him has been the best. Other surgeons were very good, but his procedure was the most impressive. I was walking virtually pain-free the very same day of surgery! I found him to be attentive yet witty, answering every one of my concerns! I would recommend him to anyone in need of joint pain relief!
