Everyone is very polite and professional at the office. I would definitely recommend Dr Hersch to anyone looking for a caring doctor. Love his staff too.
Dr Hersch and his staff consistently combine excellent quality care with an informal air that helps patients feel at ease and makes you feel confident that they really care about your health. Roxy, "T", and Heather are great people to be around and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. More medical offices need to take a page from their "playbook" on patient care and customer service. Dr Hersch takes as much time as necessary and thoroughly explains all options of your care.
Dr. Hersch & office staff, especially Roxy are excellent at what they do. I would highly recommend Dr. Hersch to my family and friends!

This is a well organized office. Waiting was minimal. Dr. Hersch also spent time with me to explain all the options I have. I was not rushed out of the office.
Dr. Hersch is a masterful surgeon - meticulous, and explains everything perfectly. Repair of a torn meniscus went beautifully. Dr. Hersch is in a class all his own. He was personally recommended to us by a top known and respected surgeon in Boca Raton. The brand new Delray Surgical Suites is phenomenal. The quality of the team there is excellent. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Fischler, was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Hersch.

I found Dr. Hersch to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I broke my ankle in an accident. I went to him and he told me I was in the wrong boot and and that I needed one that supported my ankle better. He also made a few recommendations that accelerated the bone healing and within 6 weeks the bone was healed and I was fitted for a brace. I still have some tenderness but I know that every day I am making progress. My experience with Dr. Hersch and his staff was good.
I was seen as the patient in April 2016 for an accident injury. My attorney paid the bill that was submitted by this doctor. In January I started being double billed by Dr. Hersch through Tenet billing service.I immediately contacted the office and spoke with an office manager who told me that this matter would be resolved. It is now May I have contacted the office as well as Tenet and I am still receiving bills. My attorney Scott Young has also tried to get Dr. Hersh to stop these bills.
