Ongoing treatment for glenohumeral osteoarthrosis/shoulder pain. Entire office is outstanding. From reception, to Dr. Hersch and his two assistants, to check-out. Sorry, don't know the professional titles of the two assistants, but they were top notch. It's evident that the entire team is very busy, but I was in no way rushed. All staff make it clear that they have time for you, and to address any questions, treatment options, etc. Highest recommendation.
This was my second time seeing Dr.Hersch but first time in this office. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. He is so caring and professional. He is the only Orthopedic doctor for me. The front desk staff is very nice and professional

Very professional and clean
I was suffering from pain in my knee, Dr Hersch was recommended by a good friend of mine. I was professionally greeted and when I went in for my examination the technician was really knowledgeable and asked me the right questions. After they took x-rays Dr Hersch explained about my knee. When I left his office I was relieved to know my knee wasn't as bad as I thought. Good Doctor, great mannerisms.
Great as usual
Office fit me in as a new patient same day. I could not have been any happier with the care provided and all of the staff. After being told by an urgent care that I needed immediate surgery, Dr. Hersch put me at ease. Hopefully I will not need surgery but if I do, I have all the confidence in this Dr and his staff. Thank you!
