Was not happy with Dr. Hersch. When he finally walked into the exam room he had a bad demeanor as if I was a bother... I was very unhappy and would NOT refer him.
Exceptional staff, Roxy and Josh are the best! Dr Hersch took his time explaining my treatment options. Very trust worthy! I will be recommending him to all my friends with shoulder issues
My orthopedic journey has been emotionally challenging. Add health insurance to create the perfect storm. However, Dr. Hersh and his team have gone above and beyond to help secure authorizations and schedule imaging appointments. Their involvement and professionalism along the way has helped me maintain my sanity and positively progress to find a solution for my injury. Special shout-out to Josh! Couldn't have done it without you.

I appreciate his kind staff- there was no rush to push me through with 20 people waiting. He is in practice by himself- no NP's or PA's- so he sees his patients personally. He explained his diagnosis to me and multiple treatment options without being pushy. Very professional and did not rush me when I asked questions.
I have to say I normally look at recommendations with a grain of salt, you never know who is actually sending the review but in this case I can assure you my review is truthful and honest and again my own experience. I have been dealing with constant pain in my left shoulder & arm I did my research and found Dr Hersch. He took time with me and explained my issue and how to correct it. I found him to be approachable, an expert in his field and a good listener! More than the last surgeon. Thanks!
My son torn his ACL and did a surgery and recovery with Dr Hersch. He is dedicated and a very good surgeon! My son is playing sports and life goes on as it never happened. Fabiano
Dr. Hersch has been my orthopedic doctor for many years now. After an exhaustive research, years ago, following a sports injury (knee, ACL tear), I have gone ahead and trusted my care in his capable hands and have been a very happy patient ever since. I have recommended other friends who have started using his services, to similar rave reviews and experiences. Dr. Hersch is setting the bar high for the rest of the field. Kudos to him and his staff!
Had surgery to repair a meniscus tear. Was never sent to physical therapy after surgery . 5 months later my knee is still not quite healed. Office staff was awesome .
