Sad about all the Australian pines gone, otherwise it's an amazing, awesome, beautiful place! Love it!
Myself and 12 other hardy bikers rode 13 miles in the light of the nearly full moon. The paved trails were easy to navigate and there were very few cars.
Great for bikers, joggers, campers or anyone who just wants to go on some walking trails. I think I paid like $4.00 to get in on a Sunday.
I love this park but the horseback riding is a joke. We checked in at 9am. We're told we could go at 12. Still waiting at 1:20pm and had to pay $30 per person. No reservations available so it's an unorganized mess.
