Dr. Matzon was very friendly. He thoroughly examined my hand and fingers. He gave me a shot of cortisone and explained how I should feel afterwards and then explained what my options were if the shot didn’t relieve my pain. He was very thorough.
He is kind, caring, and very competent. This is my second surgery with Dr Matzon and I am very pleased.

Dr. Matzon was very thorough in his examination and clearly explained what my orthopedic issues were and how I was to be treated.
My thumb was killing me and I didn’t know why, I got a virtual visit from him and he knew exactly what it was...I seen him on Monday and he gave me a shot and it is starting to feel a little bit better already..he was very nice and knew what he was doing I would highly recommend him to all!!!!

Dr Matzon is straight up and tells you exactly how it is. No nonsense approach. I’ve had two separate hand surgeries done by him in the past year and I’d fly from across the globe to get a third hand surgery if ever needed. Great job, no issues. Highly recommended.
Dr Matzon is a great surgeon- does not rush during visits and explains very clearly what to expect during surgery and the results afterwards.very pleasant and courteous and excellent in making patient comfortable. My surgery went exactly what he explained and I am very satisfied, and am very happy with him.
