I recently arranged a Nursing School Class Reunion here. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 only because I had a difficult time getting in touch with anyone to initially schedule the event. Took me 3 weeks and numerous attempts before I made contact. And, there was a confusion on my part regarding the menu for the event, and it took 3 emails and two phone calls to connect. We celebrated our anniversary and the restaurant was very accommodating receive a bouquet and placing it on the table before we arrived. Food was excellent. Temperature outside was in the high 90 degrees. We were seated in their sun room with a view of the river and it was very warm. We noticed others continually being reseated to the darker and cooler areas.
It was just ok. Party of 4. Tables crammed on top of each other, temperature is the restaurant was extremely warm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I had the fillet, it was tough, husband fillet Oscar was overcooked, took a long time for the waiter to come back and ask how things were to send it back. LOVE the food! Ambiance is great in oyster bar
Food was great. Our server was slow bringing food and check.
Obviously the waitress can't handle a group of people because she gave us our receipt but put some of our order on another couples order so since she already ran my card she had to refund first order and ring again.......now it has been almost 5 days and I have yet to see my money back in my account from her mess up .....never again will I go here
Slow service, 20 dollars for 8 shrimp and cup of rice in center of a pepper flavored soupy base (not sauce)... beyond bland.
