Worst doctor experience ever. From terrible bedside manor to the arrogant and uncaring attitude this doctor is one who takes away any faith you have in the medical profession. His explanations and diagnosis changed from minute to minute and he seemed confused about a treatment plan. It's hard to believe this man is allowed to practice medicine and my advice is to stay far away from him.
Well for starters...He wasn't professional at all. He walked in the room and said ..who is the patient? He didn't introduce himself. He was honestly the most arrogant man ..I've ever met. He wasn't interested in my pain. Or helping me. He was a complete waste of drive to see him and a waste of my time and gas. I wouldn't recommend him for anything.
Trigger finger surgery left unhealed hole in palm of hand. Calls and visits to Dr Hernandez’s down played my concern. I was told “ it will heal”, the pain was “ nerve pain , take Vitamin B12”. A staph infection was discovered 3 months later. PA Nicole Herod was dismissive and negligent. Dr Hernandez operated 3 times to attempt to clean the infection.My finger was stuck pointing up. HORRIBLE
Experiencing complications a few years after my hand surgery. Please save yourself the pain and get a sergeon at the Lehigh Valley Hospital not Coordinated Health.
After almost 2 years from a complicated hand surgery, I have all hand movements, no pains and the scar is almost invisible. Great job Dr Hernandez!
I went to see Dr. Hernandez for my hand that had trouble closing due to Carpal tunnel syndrome. After my consultation with Dr. Hernandez, he diagnosed my issue immediately and accurately. He diagnosed that I developed a cyst that was blocking the nerve. Dr. Hernandez performed surgery, followed by physical therapy. Horrible horrible horrible!! Treated me as if I had no business being there and questioned my current health problems and asked barely any questions before dismissing me. Will never recommend and spreading the word!
Worst experience. Did the wrong surgery. I’ve had to have two more by another surgeon to correct his mistake.
