I feel confident in my future surgery after consulting with Dr. Hop. I know he’s done thousands of arthroscopic knee procedures and I trust mine will go well.
Everyone in the clinic was pleasant. Clinic was clean and wait time minimal. Dr. Hop was pleasant listened and answered all my questions. He took time to explain all my options.
It was obvious that Dr. Hop had read the information I brought and the x-rays just taken before he entered the room. He listened and gave his opinion on how to proceed. Also he stated the risks which I appreciated. Then I had to make the decision if I want a knee replacement. He said that I could let his office know. There was no pressure to make a quick decision.
I received excellent care and follow up from my hip replacement. The follow up texts were very useful.
Dr. Hop is AMAZING! So caring and kind. Actually listened to me, not once making me feel like an inconvenience. He’s a man who actually cares about people. So rare in today’s world filled with arrogant Doctors who just want to get you in and out. Thank you Dr. Hop!!!
Dr. Hop has done 2 hip replacements for me the left in 2013 and now the right in 2021, I was extremely happy with the entire staff at Shorline Orthopedics and the staff at Holland hospital. Dr Hop also has a text program that sends out information prior to and after surgery that is very helpful and useful information.
All parts of this practice was professional, efficient, helpful. I had one referral to Dr. Hop and after I saw him I was confident in his expertise and that he was the doctor I wanted to do the job. I ended up having both hips replaced in Oct 2020 - from the time I met with him and the time of surgery it was barely 30 days. His staff handled setting up ALL MY NECESSARY APPTS, also providing me with prior to surgery exercises, supplements, hospital set up.
