I feel confident in my future surgery after consulting with Dr. Hop. I know he’s done thousands of arthroscopic knee procedures and I trust mine will go well.
Everyone in the clinic was pleasant. Clinic was clean and wait time minimal. Dr. Hop was pleasant listened and answered all my questions. He took time to explain all my options.
It was obvious that Dr. Hop had read the information I brought and the x-rays just taken before he entered the room. He listened and gave his opinion on how to proceed. Also he stated the risks which I appreciated. Then I had to make the decision if I want a knee replacement. He said that I could let his office know. There was no pressure to make a quick decision.
I received excellent care and follow up from my hip replacement. The follow up texts were very useful.
Dr. Hop is AMAZING! So caring and kind. Actually listened to me, not once making me feel like an inconvenience. He’s a man who actually cares about people. So rare in today’s world filled with arrogant Doctors who just want to get you in and out. Thank you Dr. Hop!!!
Dr. Hop has done 2 hip replacements for me the left in 2013 and now the right in 2021, I was extremely happy with the entire staff at Shorline Orthopedics and the staff at Holland hospital. Dr Hop also has a text program that sends out information prior to and after surgery that is very helpful and useful information.
All parts of this practice was professional, efficient, helpful. I had one referral to Dr. Hop and after I saw him I was confident in his expertise and that he was the doctor I wanted to do the job. I ended up having both hips replaced in Oct 2020 - from the time I met with him and the time of surgery it was barely 30 days. I received a replacement hip in early December 2020. Twelve weeks later and I am feeling great and am very pleased with how the entire process came off. I am pain-free in the hip area and looking forward to the summer months. Was kept abreast of what was going to happen prior to surgery and what to expect post surgery. I will certainly use Dr. Hop and his staff if I require a replacement for my other hip.
I received a new hip from Dr Jon Hop in November. The whole procedure went very smooth from first appointments to the others made for all preparations. Surgery was explained and went very well! I enjoyed the texts received from Dr Hop which kept me on plan of recovery! I am very satisfied and am pain free!! Thank you all at Shoreline orthopedics!
