Such a proactive team!! Kudos to Clarisa for an amazing service recovery. My to go order took longer than expected since it was a busy day. I didn't mind the wait since I love Jollibee. Even then, they surprised me with some extra food and a free drink just because, from their words, "forgot to inform me of the long wait." The team was so happy to ensure that I had a pleasant experience while waiting. Good food and great service from fast paced restaurants are hard to come–by these days. Bida ang saya talaga!

Unfortunately, this visit didn't go well. We placed a takeout order on Monday late afternoon and experienced a long wait. After inquiring after 20 minutes and being told to wait another 10, we were eventually told 15 minutes later that the fryer was broken and our order couldn't be completed. I appreciated getting a refund, but management needs to ensure staff communicate kitchen issues much sooner so customers aren't left waiting blindly.

We had a recent visit to this location, and while we received everything we needed in the end, the customer service left us disappointed. We were initially given the wrong drink. When we pointed out the mistake after checking the receipt, it was corrected, but there was no apology for the error. Later, an additional order was picked up, we politely asked for ketchup and a straw. We received them, but the interaction felt unfriendly.
