I have been going to this nail salon for over a year and I was used to be satisfied with their work. But today I was extremely disappointed. I had an appointment for a pedicure. The nails are not filed properly and the rough areas around the heels and toes have been barely sanded. Since there are manager/owner, Mia is not present there anymore, the service is not the same. I would definitely not be returning
last year i got excellent service by Kate so decided to book again and went the front desk was very kind person and managed to give me an appointment last minute but i had very bad experience with the nail tech was very aggressive pulling my hands kind of felt like she was exhausted and hated to do the nails it was a bitter experience but the nails looked good.people are coming to get a good time doing nails but i didn’t have a good time. still appreciate the great communication of front desk.
By far the best nail salon I have been to yet in halifax !! Allie was super gentle and friendly, she absolutely nailed my inspiration pictures and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg ! All future appointments will be booked here :) (apologies if name was not spelled correctly <3)
Great experience, clean, professional, and kind. Love it here, will definitely be back!!! We did a shellac pedicure with shellac removal - my technician was thorough and did a phenomenal job!
Very disappointed. You could see my nails under the shellac nail polish. Was asked to come back in so I did. The girl who did my nails said another coat wouldn’t make a difference. So I went somewhere else to get my nails fixed. They used the same polish number and you cannot see through the color. I do not recommend this salon.
