Very professional service. Clean and bright.
We had a very disappointing experience at J’oir Nails today. My mom and I booked online, but when we arrived, we realized the booking only showed one full set of gel nails instead of two. We explained this right away and showed photos of the gel designs we wanted, and were told yeah yeah. We started with our pedicures, which were fine (except they didnt clean under the nails). The lady who did my nails was very very rough. Multiple times. At one point I started bleeding and all she said was “go wash your hands”. No apology. I get my nails done pretty regularly and I have never had such an experience elsewhere. I now have a very painful finger because the cut was so close to my cuticle. Other than that I also feel like they aren’t the greatest when it comes to customer service. Wasn’t anything close to a relaxing experience.
