Great service from Johnston’s Mechanical! Art and his assistant worked fast and were very clean while replacing our AC and gas furnace during this past heat wave. House is cooling great with an energy efficient unit and we couldn’t be happier with the service and price offered by Johnstons. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience with Johnston Mechanical Services from start to finish. Artie was prompt, professional, courteous, neat and extremely knowledgeable. He went over several options with us both for location of the unit and for choice of the unit itself. We had several estimates from other companies and we are thrilled with our choice of Johnston Mechanical Services. Artie really worked to make the experience the best for us, the customer and we certainly appreciated it.
I needed a new Central AC unit Art came out worked up an estimate and went over all the details as to what he would do. New AC unit installed and works great. A few months later I had an issue with my Furnace...again Art showed up and told me what the issue was how he was going to fix it. After the furnace was fixed there was a minor issue with one of the components. I called Art and he responded immediately. The issue was addressed and everything is working fine.
Art is very reliable and despite being super busy he made time to stop by when I had a minor issue that I could not fix or figure out on my own . He does our maintenance for A/c and heating as well as has replace hot water heaters .We have used him for prob over 10 years for two different houses. He always does his best to be available especially when issues come up .
