This is the worst possible person hired at the front desk. Her name is Mary. She is awful!! Refuses to have the PA return a call. She even hangs up on a patient!@ who does that???
My 80 year old father almost died because their practice is not capable of handling real life medical concerns. Not only can they not handle it their staff is not capable of dealing with medical concerns and needs. Additionally. I have NEVER seen the actual doctor!!
I'm scheduled with someone I don't normally see, who cuts my dose in half for the medince i'm taking, REFUSES to give me the dose that I told her i need (through trial and error we know anything less doesn't work!). clearly she thinks she's God and can dictate what (and i quote) , "she's comfortable with", instead of listening to the patient, after having gone through MONTHS AND MONTHS of trying different things to see what works!
