your front office staff is so rude, i would even spit on them if they were on fire! with all of the available physicians, one would think it'd be quite simple to help remove the stick from their rear-end!

Call for a medication refill? Don’t worry! 72 hours is the standard! Medication the difference between being alive or being dead? Don’t worry! 72 hours (because 3 provoders... so busy)! Oh and don’t forget. We won’t ask you where to send it, or even look for that matter! Pharmacy is 2.5 hours away from you? Oh well, let’s send it there! Falsify voicemails? Don’t even bother trying to get a appointment here. The front desk staff is incompetent and rude. They make scheduling errors and then try to blame the issues on the patient and have no sympathy as far as the issues you might be having. Third time now I have had a bad experience and can’t even get in to see the doctor. Waste of time. The rest of my family has had other issues with this facility as well so all six of us have decided to go elsewhere.

I have been going for 12 years. I even switched my girls to here. I am very happy with them. I can say they sit in the room with you to discuss & listen to you. I feel very grateful for all Renee has done to help my family!
WOW! So I go in with a skin rash. Dennis has no idea what it is. Gives me a sample of a new ointment and says if it works he will order a prescription. Well it works - guess what - the prescription costs $600 (with insurance and we have good insurance). I call back and ask for a less expensive alternative. The poor PA in training (Dennis is busy) tells me there is nothing. I have been seeing Dennis for a while now, and I really like him. He listens to my concerns and always explains when I have questions.
We have been patients of JFM for many years! They have treated our minor to major issues and are always accessible! Truly happy!
