Took my journey 2012 in for a power steering return hose recall and appointment was at 9:30am was told it will take 2-3 hours came back at 12:30pm and it hasn't been looked at yet , so waited again until 4pm so 6.5 hours was so impatient and frustrated , the service adviser was Steve senra, what a disappointment.
Horrible experience with the service dept. Jeep went in twice for the same issue (rear main seal). After the first repair oil was leaked all over the driveway and had to go back. Dlr refuses to give me a repair order to advise what was actually done. According to my repair order the veh is still leaking oil. Tried charging me for things within my warranty and that were included in the repair. I contacted the president Bill Johnston, he refused to give me a repair order, told me to contact my selling dealer for the drive way ... read more
We tried to buy a Jeep here but the salesperson never answered back to our e-mails. So we went to buy our new Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited at Glenleven Chrysler in Oakville.
Great service and friendly staff...i wont go anywhere else for a new vehicle!
