RecommendedMade an inquiry online. Got a return email from Paul Armstrong. Paul was my guy to deal with from then on. I went to the dealership to look at a truck and met Paul personally. He was very accommodating from the moment I arrived. Answered all my questions. We made a deal on Saturday and I picked up my truck on the following Wednesday. Everything went as planned. Thank you Paul it was a pleasure dealing with you.
Just bought a 2021 Dodge Durango from Cheryl she’s an awesome sales person. She went above and beyond from answering all our questions and finding out about preferred pricing I was entitled to when purchasing a Chrysler/dodge vehicle. I truly recommend Cheryl at Johnston’s she really makes the experience a great one.
Horrible experience buying a used truck came back after 150 ish km with engine problems ( they did make the repairs) when arriving back to the service department I notice the puddle light was out (driver mirror ) the general manager was extremely rude when asking him about it the dealership had the truck for 6-7 days told me the part was coming in this Friday then called me and said the part arrived 3 days later after taking the truck again after repairs were made I noticed a aftermarket light has bin removed I called the ge... read more
Too expensive and not happy with service. Had a vehicle in. Part had to be ordered. Instead of letting us know the vehicle sat all day then tried to charge over $100 for a diagnostic for a problem they couldn’t find when we told them what it was. Won’t go back
