had an excellent experience purchasing my 2019 ram 1500 warlock from Kyle. I bought my truck just before Christmas, Kyle and the staff at Johnston’s made sure I was taken care of. They were able to track down a truck with the colour and options like the alpine speakers and brake controllers which I desired. They did an awesome job fitting me in during the holiday season to get me in the seat of my new truck and would definitely recommend for purchasing a new vehicle.
I've been trying to get paint fixed on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee that is a manufacturer defect for almost TWO YEARS!!!!! Keep getting told I'm getting bumped up the list and will get a call in a month, well this is at least the third or fourth time I've been told this!!!!!!! I'm at 112,000 kms, I'm sure they are just waiting until my warranty runs out!!!!! IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED CAR STAY FAR FAR FAR CLEAR OF THIS POS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. after being dismissed based on apperance by two other companies. Paul at Johnston's took the time with me and was great when it came to dealing with my screaming child. I bought a pacifica from them in the spring and just went back and got a truck for the hubby. all the staff was very helpful and accommodating .
Hi, I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from these guys. Was a witness to my buddy buying a truck having a horrible experience with it and them forcing a return instead of fixing it for him. After sending him away and saying there was nothing wrong with it.
Don't even know where to start...this place is riddled with dishonesty and unprofessionalism of the highest caliber! From the sales agent, to the sales manager, to the service advisor all the way to the VP Bill Johnston himself. I was sold a "certified" lemon, 2014 Ram 1500 with 151 000kms on it, only to have it vibrate with a cylinder misfire while coasting 50kms after leaving this joke of a dealership.
