As a business owner, I don't like leaving poor reviews. This company has the worst customer service culture that I have ever dealt with. Beware of poor service and outrageous billing rates. The service tech spent less than an hour at our building, (No parts replaced) and was billed over $800. And here is the kicker. They didn't even fix our issue. We called them about it and they scheduled a time to come back, but have yet to show up. Very disappointing.

Jimmy helped us get the extinguishers we need to comply with the safety inspections. We are grateful for his time and expertise and look forward to working with him for years to come.
