Excellent care from my team, professional, competent and helpful with help in obtaining my rx.
I have had bad experiences with Ballad in the past, however I was truly blessed to have them during my recent stroke. From the time and urgency of the paramedics that got me to JCMC, to undergoing an emergency surgery to remove the clot in my head, the ICU staff and my nurse Shawn on the 4th floor who made sure I had a constant supply of ice water, I thank each of you for your professional and caring help. I'm home recovering and had miminual lasting damage from the stroke. God bless each of you.
