We went in this past weekend to trade our Ford F-150 to buy a new 2016 Ford F-150 and it was the best truck buying experience my husband has had in 34 years! Joel Flores was awesome! He was very courteous, explained everything very well, showed us around the place so next time we go to service our truck we would be familiar with it all and met several of the people that worked in certain departments! We will definitely recommend them and will be going back in the future!!

Joel Flores and Jon Fox were very awesome last night when I went looking at new Fusions. I wasn't really expecting to trade in my 2012 Fusion but after test driving one of the 2017 Fusions, I was hooked. Joel did an awesome job with the numbers to get me where I needed to be and Jon Fox was awesome as well to get everything lined up with Ford Credit to get us on our way. Took my Escape in for service in the quicklane talked to Jillian. She did the necessary paperwork and by the time I got to the waiting room my vehicle was already in the service area. The tech did everything that needed to be done and I was out in less than an hour as Jillian had the paper work done by the time I got to her desk. Great service.
