Johnson Brothers Ford was very accommodating when I was there yesterday. Very professional. The waiting time was a little over an hour which was not bad at all.
I just gtta give a shout out to John Fox!!!! He did all the paperwork for us to get our car here in sept . He was the most helpful person. Thank you Mr. Fox for all your help ! When you go ask for Kevin Long! He is awesome! We bought 2 cars from him over the last few months for my husband and I. Both times he was knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the perfect explorer for me! Before we left both times, we knew almost every thing about the vehicles and how to use all of the functions!

I had a most wonderful experience here! My salesman, Darren held my hand thru the whole thing, we had several bumps in the road along the way but he stayed positive and took care of each problem as it arose. They have restored my faith in dealerships in general! Thanks guys!!!
They keep lying to me. I filled out customer surveys with issue of vehicle not being cleaned and they tell me that it was suppose to be done after service. Fourth service done today 30k and vehicle still wasn't cleaned. I was told that they would do it next time. This was after I was called by the dealer that they would take care of it. They are just interested in sales and stuff that brings money in, not the consumer.
I went in for "The Works" oil change plus extras today. I was in and out in less than an hour. While I waited, I enjoyed their comfortable waiting area, which had ample seating, complimentary beverages and television. My 2.5 year old grandson enjoyed the children's activity table and also a complimentary children's apple juice beverage.
Got treated like a king/queen. Awesome staff. Great service. Thank you Kevin Long for selling me a car I love!
