I strongly advise you to not use them for collision repair. 5.5 weeks have passed and my work vehicle has sat there 5 days waiting to get a bumper painted and put back on. Why was the bumper not painted in the last 5 weeks and put on quickly after it's return to the body shop? Why are other vehicles that arrived after mine worked on ahead of mine? My experience is an example of poor customer service and I definitely think there is a lack of managing their productivity.
I've been using JBF for decades for vehicle purchases and service. A true five star organization!
I've tried several times to trade in my 2009 Ford Focus at several different car dealerships without any success. The answer was always, "sorry but we just couldn't get you financed." Not only did Johnson Brothers ford get me financed, but they were able to get me a brand new 2017 Ford Focus with an excellent service package, and 0% interest!
