They are friendly and helpful. My new SUV looks as good as new again. I’ve only had it for a couple of months. So far now issues with how the hatchback works. Took a little longer due to an issue with receiving the parts in a timely manner. My Service contact kept me informed of the delay and offered to pay for a rental car. Hopefully, I won’t need to have my car worked on again but would use them again if I did.
After getting hit by a deer, our insurance cleared us to have the car repaired. We went to Johnson Auto Body and they surpassed our expectations on the repair job of the car. Our CMAX looks brand new. And not just the stellar body work, but they also detailed the inside.
