Been going to this hotel for 30 years, love this place, The previous owner Ed, was also nice to me and my family, we would stay 2--3 weeks in June---August. And the owner before Ed was as mice as she could be too. Hopefully the new owners will be nice too.

It's a wonderful place to stay. We got a little apartment type room with private bedroom, 3 double beds. The price was great. A minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes from Johns Pass Village. The new owners were very friendly and stopped a few times to chat with us. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name. Will definitely stay there again.
I loved this place ,with very nice ocean view, rooms are nice and clean , owners are very good i will recommend this.
My family and I loved our stay at this motel and pool. Once you stay at this motel you will never search for any other place! Only a few steps away from the beach and ocean and minutes from John Pass Boardwalk. So much fun for any age! The rooms are extremely clean and the New owners are such as nice people. Great experience and extremely affordable price! We are looking forward to coming back in May, Thank you John Pass Beach motel.

New owners as of Jan 2016. They are a very nice couple, and are working hard to upgrade the units. It's very clean, bed is very comfortable, all appliances in kitchenette work well. Just step off the pool deck onto the sand! Good value for oceanfront property.
