Beautiful clean and charming place. Owners are wonderful hard-working people. Had no issues whatsoever here. The pool area is lovely, warm and clean. The Gulf is a short 30 second walk over a small sand dune. Perfectly walkable over the drawbridge to Johns Pass Boardwalk!

What an absolute treasure! Although the property is a little older it is pristine. Grounds are Immaculately kept and the proprietor Rose is most accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unwind! Keep up the good work...its so appreciated.
I love staying there when I'm over there. did notice some new oaint n renovations going on.
Hidden gem in Treasure Island, FL ! Nice & clean - right on a beach for very reasonable price! New owners remodeling room after room to provide best accommodation for guests. Walking distance to John's Pass boardwalk and nearby attractions! Owners are very friendly and helpful.
I absolutely loved it. Rose and her husband (never did catch his nae) are the perfect owners. Great sense of humor. Perfect spot, so close to the beach. So very glad I could help brighten up the mermaid lamps by the pool.
