Beyond what I was expecting!!! This is perfect for those are here to be outside. They are so accommodating and friendly. Just had the most amazing time. If you are looking for beach front accommodation this is the place.Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and right on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely loved this place the owners were super nice, room was clean and comfy! Perfect location to restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beach. No need to worry about beach chairs, towels or even a cooler especially if you are flying in like we did they provide all of these things if you need them. They also have floats out at the pool, a grill and courtyard for cooking out. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip! Thank you guys for making us feel at home. Did I mention the absolutely beautiful sunsets 🌅😍
Perfect spot on beach. Views of John's Pass Bridge letting boats pass all day. Distance from pool to gulf water is less than 3 min walk. (Other beach ares such as treasure island the distance is very long and arduous especially if carrying beach gear) walking distance to johns pass board walk. In the evenings between like 5pm-6pm you can see fishing boats coming in and cleaning the fish. If you go on a fishing trip, The Friendly Fisherman will clean and cook your catch. We were on vacation April 13th thru April 21st, It was a great place to stay. Walking distance to Johns Pass, nice pool, and easy access to the beach. Very clean place and the owners are so friendly. Would definely go there again. Hopefully, for a longer time.
